Returns & Exchanges

As most pieces are custom made or limited edition, Maryzo does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues or defects.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for each client and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where possible, adjustments for a better fit may be arranged if the client is able to bring the item in within an agreed timeline, and only if the item is found to be faulty.


Ready-to-Wear Items

Exchanges may be offered if the desired size is available.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and feesassociated with the exchange.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact.


General Conditions

Maryzo reserves the right to decline exchanges or adjustments that do not meet the above requirements.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any authorized returns or exchanges, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
