Processing Time

Processing times vary for each item and are stated under the product description. Please review before placing your order.

Shipping

• Local (South Africa): 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• International: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Shipping times exclude processing periods.

Couriers

We ship locally with The Courier Guy and internationally with DHL.

International tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Clients are also welcome to collect their orders by appointment once notified that items are ready.

Loss or Damages

Maryzo is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Any claims should be directed to the relevant courier company.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxescharged by their destination country.
